All apartments are fully furnished, including Sitting rooms, Dining rooms and Kitchens, all fully equipped including Televisions, Air-Conditioned Bedrooms, Cooking facilities and Hot and Cold Baths.
Charges quoted are inclusive of Security and Maid services. Apartments contain one, two or three bedrooms each. Parking facilities are available.

A refundable deposit of the equivalent of US $100 is required. All charges are payable immediately occupancy commences. Payments may be made in equivalent Guyana currency.
Reservations could be made by a deposit against the charges and should be made at least two weeks in advance. This amount would usually be half of expected occupancy charges.
